My order says it was delivered, but I have not received it.

This can happen. Typically orders of a smaller will show up a few days after it was marked delivered! After a few days, if your order still has not shown up please feel free to contact me!

Do you offer International shipping?

No. At this time, See Her Create only offers shipping to the United States.

I believe my order was lost in the mail. What do I do?

See Her Create is not responsible for your order once we ship it out. Please contact your local USPS for more info on there whereabouts of your order.

Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
