My favorite cookie cake recipe! I know cookie cakes can seem daunting, but I assure you this recipe is so incredibly easy that I can make a decorate on in just one hour! So simple & so delicious! I guarantee you'll want to make this everyday ;)
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup room temp butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
[Preheat oven to 350]
1. In a separate mixing bowl mix together flour, salt, and baking soda.
2. In another mixing bowl beat butter until smooth, then add both your sugars and beat until well combined.
3. Mix in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
4. Slowly add in dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
5. Mix in chocolate chips.
6. Grease a 10 in. circular pan [or whatever pan you desire!] and add in the dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
