The Geophony Collection

**All the pieces in this collection are painted on 140lb. 5x7, hot press, watercolor paper, with gouache paints.

After hours & hours of pure painting bliss, I present: The Geophony Collection! Now I know what some of you may be thinking, "Geo-Phony..?" Well, that was me a few days ago trying to find the perfect word to describe how this collection makes me feel & when I found "Geophony" it just kinda fit?!

Geophony: non-biological ambient sounds generated by the natural world – for example, the sounds of wind, rain, thunder, and waves.

This collection, as an artist, just sounds like nature to me! I look at painting 5 and can simply hear the water flowing and the wind blowing! I hope whichever painting, or paintings, you buy give you this same feeling.
